Class 1 - Laying the Groundwork - Building your Soil to build your Garden

Course fee $30

Saturday May 18th 9:00am to Noon.  Meet in the Barn at Wild Willow Farms

Come join Amy Zink in her first in a series* of home-gardening workshops at Wild Willow Farm! This class will give beginners the tools they need to start their own garden and expose advanced gardeners to our methods of producing healthy and tasty veggies! The first half of class will be spent talking about soil building, site planning, and over viewing seasonal and companion planting. The second half of class will be hands on where we will work in Wild Willow's demonstration garden.

*Please bring a closed jar with a home soil sample for us to anaylze your garden soil

​Class 2 - Irrigation Basic's for the Home Gardener

Course fee $30 with a $5 materials cost

Saturday June 15th 1:00 to 3:00pm

Come join Amy Zink in her second class in her gardening series* at Wild Willow Farm! This class will cover proper watering techniques utilizing drip irrigation and covering the benefits of installing rainwater & grey water systems. The second half of the class will be hands-on installation of a simple drip system in Wild Willow Farms new demonstration gardening.
